Senior Spotlight Day 9 Nevaeh Marquez Nevaeh has attended MHS for 4 years. She is the daughter of Samantha Garza and Angel Marquez. While at Morton she has participated in FCCLA, HOSA, Basketball, Track, Softball, OAP, and STUCO. She enjoyed growing up with her friends and seeing them change in a good way! Her favorite memory of high school is the last day of junior year because we had a water slide, snacks and it was a great way to end the school year! #WeRiseTogether

Senior Spotlight Day 8 Clarissa Holland Clarissa has attended MHS for 4 years. She is the daughter or Sherry and Waymon Holland. While at Morton she has participated in Cross Country, Basketball, Track, Powerlifting, Golf, Softball, OAP, Cheer, Student Counsil, FFA, Yearbook, FCCLA, HOSA, and UIL. Clarissa received 1st Team All District-Basketball, All Around Best Athlete, Golf MVP, Powerlifting MVP, 2 time District Champ in Golf. She was a 2-time regional qualifier in powerlifting, 3-time qualifier in gold, 3-time area qualifier in track and a 2-time regional qualifier in track. Her favorite memory was dairy judging. #WeRiseTogether

Senior Spotlight Day 7 Gilberto Vigil Gilberto has attended MHS for 4 years. He is the son of Gilberto Vigil and Nancy Martinez. While at Morton he participated in FFA, football, and track. He received awards in FFA, as well as obtaining welding certifications! His favorite memories were being around his friends! #WeRiseTogeher

Senior Spotlight Day 6 Ruby Gutierrez Ruby has attended MHS for 4 years. She is the daughter of Gustavo and Azucena Gutierrez. While at Morton Ruby has participated in basketball, track, cross country, cheer, yearbook, student council, One-Act play, UIL and FFA. Spending time and laughing with her friends is what she enjoyed most about MHS. Her favorite memory was going to the Science Spectrum her junior year. #WeRiseTogether

Regional-Quarter Baseball Playoff Game The Indians will play a three game series to the Regional-Quarter title. Game One Thursday, May 9th at 5 PM at Wayland Baptist University in Plainview Texas. Game Two 30 minutes after the conclusions of Game One Game Three If necessary will be played on Saturday, May 11th at 3 PM at Wayland Baptist University in Plainview Texas. #WeRiseTogether
