Mrs. Ornelas’ kindergarten class had a hands-on science experience today as they explored the fascinating world of magnets! Students experimented with different materials and learned how magnets can attract or repel objects.

Morton ISD Families In compliance with Senate Bill 12 (SB12), a consent form must be completed for EACH student enrolled in Morton ISD in order for them to receive any medical treatment at school. A link will be sent out for parents/guardians to complete the form online. Please note: No student can be treated without this signed consent. Be sure to fill out the form for every child you have enrolled. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us keep all students safe and cared for! 💛🖤

MHS Yearbook will be selling buttons again! The order forms are in both the elementary office and HS office. These are PRE-ORDER ONLY as they will be printed onto a metal plated button. The options for this round are:

Morton M on White or Black Background
Cheer (JH & HS)
Football (JH & HS)
Band (HS)
Cross Country (JH & HS)
Seniors (Senior Portraits for Senior Night and other senior events)

On the order form please list the quantity, the student name (put a nickname in parenthesis if you'd like one), and the button you'd like from the options above. The price will be $10 per button. The final day for orders is September 15th! Payment is due upfront. Get your order in as soon as you can so we can begin design!
