Mrs. Ornelas’ class engaged in hands-on learning by creating and using windsocks to observe and measure wind direction. This interactive activity allowed students to apply scientific concepts in a meaningful way while strengthening their understanding of weather patterns. Great job to these young learners for their curiosity and enthusiasm!

Our High School One-Act Play presented "Voices" at the District Contest in Sundown yesterday. Their performance garnered awards including Aldo Rivera selected as an Honorable Mention Cast Member and Monika Zapata selected as All-Star Cast. Mrs. Anderson & Mrs. Speelhoffer’s 6th grade science and social studies students had the opportunity to read their self-written African animal books to our 2nd graders, 1st graders, and Pre-K students. The 6th graders loved being the “experts” on their animals and proudly shared their knowledge with the younger students. It was a wonderful example of leadership, learning, and collaboration across grade levels!

Mrs. Beaudoin’s kindergarten class is learning all about kings and queens! What better way to learn than through real-life connections that make history come alive?
